Ideally, contact us six months ahead to make sure we are available for your event. However, dates may still be available at shorter notice.

In the Île-de-France region: travel is included in the price of the chosen package.
Elsewhere in France or abroad: travel costs will be discussed with you and adapted to your venue.

As graduates of the Beaux-Arts de Paris, where we studied image-making and film, we draw on contemporary photography and photojournalism. This artistic approach gives our photos an aesthetic that is both offbeat and timeless.
We also draw inspiration from the films of directors such as Wes Anderson, Xavier Dolan, Darren Aronofsky, David Fincher and many others, to create images that tell a real story, like a film in still images.

We use high-end equipment to guarantee flawless quality:
Digital cameras with high-performance sensors.
RAW files for optimal image processing.
High-speed flash and professional equipment suited to all lighting conditions.

No, we never publish any photo without your prior consent.
That said, sharing some images helps give our work visibility. This is why we always take care to discuss it with you beforehand.

We charge by the event, according to the chosen package.

Yes, we are happy to work extra hours. This can be agreed on the day in case of delays or the unexpected.

Extra hours are charged pro rata, at the same hourly rate as the original service.

A private, password-protected gallery will be created especially for your event on the Art Avec <3 website. You can easily view, download and share your photos.

The online gallery: for short events, within 72 hours of the event.
For weddings, about one month after the event.
The box with USB key: delivered within two months.

No, we make a rigorous selection from all the photos taken on the day of your event, keeping only the best shots.

We usually work with one person in charge of each part.
One person is dedicated to the photography. If needed, an additional person can be brought in for videography, including filming and editing videos of your event.
For events with more than 200 guests, a second photographer will be brought in.

Yes, if we are unable to attend, we call on another professional from the team whom we trust completely and who knows our approach and our work perfectly.

You receive a 5% discount on the chosen package if you pay in full on the day the contract is signed.
Otherwise, payment can be spread over up to three instalments.
In both cases, payment is made by bank transfer.

After your first contact, you will fill in a form detailing the practical aspects of your day.
We will then arrange a face-to-face meeting (if possible) to sign the contract and take a few preliminary shots.
